Wanted: ASSESSOR/SURVEYOR

PTAHF, Inc. is currently looking for Assessor/Surveyor whose main role is to validate the health care organization’s self-assessment and independently assess their compliance to PTAHF Standards. He/She will write reports indicating specific findings, areas of strengths and points for improvement.

Qualifications:

1.   Must be a Board Member, appointed Assessor and hired PTAHF personnel.

2.  For Physician Assessor:

• Expert in his/her field of specialty, In practice for at least 5 years
•  Preferably with a Masters’ Degree or certificate in Health Profession Education and MBA-Health  or experience/training in management and leadership
•  Preferably with previous administrative position

 3. For Nurse Assessor:

• Must be a graduate of any Masteral Degree
•  Preferably with Doctorate Degree
•  Must have a managerial experience for at least 5 years

  4. For Administrative Assessor:

• Must be a graduate of any Masteral Degree
•  Must have healthcare experience for at least 5 years
•  Must have at least a supervisory experience for at least 5 years

5. Must have experience to be part of any accreditation team

6. Knowledgeable and Skillful in

• International Healthcare Quality and Safety Accreditation Standards
•  Quality and Process Improvements
•  Auditing Methodology
•  Team Leadership

7. High integrity and honest

8. Respectable and influencing

9. Good in written and verbal communication

10. Good interpersonal relationship

11. Possesses the characters of a competent assessor
