PTAHF 2020 YEAR END REPORT
In spite of the pandemic, PTAHF still manages to achieve its 2020 goals!
PTAHF awarded on December 4, 2020 its 2nd Accredited Hospital and 1st Government Hospital, National Children’s Hospital (NCH) after they have complied to the PTAHF Quality Standards 1st Edition last November 11, 2020.
Also, PTAHF awarded on December 18, 2020 its 3rd Accredited Hospital, Tondo Medical Center (TMC) after they have complied to the PTAHF Quality Standards 1st Edition last December 8, 2020.
The PTAHF Quality Standards and Survey Process Guide 1st Edition version 8 was then revised and implemented on September 14, 2020.
Virtual is the new normal in 2020! PTAHF Board of Directors had approved in its Executive Committee (EXCOM) Meeting held on June 3, 2020 that all briefings, trainings and surveys will be conducted virtually.

PTAHF plans to do the following in 2021:
- Continue to conduct PTAHF accreditation awareness in partnership with Department of Tourism - Tourism Development Planning and Market Development-Medical Travel and Wellness Tourism headed by Undersecretary Roberto P. Alabado III
- Continue to conduct PTAHF Accreditation Briefings and e-PIA Ooze Camp to potential applicants
- Continue to conduct PTAHF Assessor Certification Program
- Continue to partner with Philippine Medical Travel and Wellness Tourism Program
